A new and encouraging beginning for you. You already took the first step by beginning the search for a counselor. My goal is to unveil your potential through change so you can live a life you have been looking for within yourself. I am here to give you the tools needed to reach that goal. Counseling is about giving new outlooks, but the ultimate goal is achieved by a client's efforts. I specialize working with anxiety, addiction, life skills and transitions. I believe encouragement mixed with honesty and accountability allows clients to meet their goals. So up front communication is the best way of practice for me. I will meet you where you are emotionally and help you find the best way to move forward. That pace can be as slow or as quick as you feel comfortable. At any given moment if you are not gaining what you need from me then it is my goal to find a counselor best fitted for you, because it is solely about your well-being and progress.
